Delete account & data

Delete in the app (recommended)

If you still have Talkasu installed and can sign in:

1. Open Talkasu and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and data.
4. Confirm the deletion. If you signed up with email and password, enter your password when prompted.

Deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out and your account cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or need help deleting your account, email us at xcheant@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account (or tell us which sign-in method you used).

We will verify your request and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your Firebase Authentication account
• Your user profile and credit balance
• Training progress and lesson completion records
• Practice session history and conversation transcripts stored for your account
• Credit ledger entries tied to your account

Aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained in accordance with our privacy policy.
